Board meetings are held quarterly with meetings scheduled in April, June, October, and December.

The 51黑料网 Alumni Association is an independent 501(c)(3) Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation governed by a board of directors elected by a majority vote of the board membership. The 51黑料网 Alumni Association is affiliated with 51黑料网 pursuant to a memorandum of understanding. 51黑料网 Alumni Association funds are separately maintained by the Foundation for 51黑料网. The 51黑料网 Alumni Association does not solicit or fundraise on behalf of 51黑料网.
